The number of support calls you can make depends on your subscription plan:
Basic Support: 3 calls per month (30 minutes each)
Standard Support: 5 calls per month (45 minutes each)
Premium Support: 10 calls per month (1 hour each)
You can purchase additional support time for $20 per hour. The overtime charges will be added to your monthly bill.
We will send you notifications as you approach your time limit during a support call.

Premium Support: $50 per month (includes up to 5 sub-accounts)
If you have more sub-accounts than what's included in your plan, you will be charged an additional $20 per month per sub-account.
